Pls read the Better Care Plan. One of the co-authors is the former CEO of Kaiser, George Halverson. So, yes, we have researched this quite a lot. best, Larry

"Trump can’t be blamed for most jobs lost at the start of COVID. Neither can President Biden nor Vice President Harris be credited for most jobs restored as COVID’s danger waned"

Larry, I'm a huge fan, but this is misleading/wrong. Trump acknowledged to Bob Woodward on 2/7/20 that COVID was very dangerous, but he continually lied to the public ("it will be gone by Easter"). By doing this, and then not-encouraging vaccines, Trump caused hundreds of thousands of deaths, to say nothing of jobs lost.

With regards to Biden & Harris - The inflation rise was a direct result of pumping massive amounts of $$ into the economy. This was done to keep companies alive, WHICH SAVES JOBS. If you aren't crediting them for restoring jobs, then you can't blame them for inflation.

Finally - while you may not be able to blame Trump for COVID, you can blame him for kids being locked in cages. And stealing Top Secret documents. And stealing from his own charity. And extorting Ukraine, demanding they lie about Biden in exchange for Congress-appropriated funds. And conspiring to steal the 2020 election. And - oh yeah - rape.

If you can name one thing Biden did that's as bad as all that, let's hear it. Until then, Stop trying to equate Trump and Biden. JB may have made mistakes, but he meant well. Trump's sins were all intentional, designed to keep him in power. And they were far-worse actions.

I've been wondering when you were going to write a response to Biden's withdrawal and Harris's presumed candidacy. (I didn't miss one, did I?) I need to mull over your suggestions here, but my first thought is similar to your comment: Harris should "raise them as proposals she is considering." I am not as learned about economics as you (understatement) nor perhaps as versed on some of the other issues noted here, but they all seem worth discussing. How can you get these to her?

Thanks for resource material. However, I think you are putting the cart in front of the horse. Harris/? team needs to win the election AND be sworn in as #47 on Jan 20, '25. That orderly transition is in very serious doubt. The Nov 5th election is imperiled by enough election denying state election officials to sow chaos...and doubt and chants of voting irregularities and court challenges, etc. These are not ordinary times. There is an extensive network of operatives and their cash supporting financiers who have no problem blowing up the gov't we have assumed will be around in some similar shape or form. Until I see Harris raise her right hand and solemnly swear.....I am putting my resource reading assignment on hold.

Your healthcare policy proposal is shifting corporate subsidies to different avenues of corporate subsidy. Do you research any of this stuff before you just spout off like you actually know something about the topic?

I don’t know Vy healthcare plan you were speaking of that unless it is #ByDefinition #UniversalHealthcare removing all and every for-profit, healthcare entity, having a free and unfettered market concerning providers and facilities, it’s not right. For roughly 55% of our per person per your cost, we could have the best care in the world any place any time any provider with every Cadillac policyholder receiving that in their paycheck at no cost to the business or shareholders and talk about leverage over big Pharma?

Fuck your Lunatic, military industrial complex suggestion. Only advocated by war, profiteering, unethical, bastards and high stake weapons, contracting, shareholders. The refuge of assholes, liters and terrible humans.

Anyone with a family of two making a combined income of $60,000 or less should not be taxed. They are already paying sales tax may be property tax and definitely gas tax. Taxing the economically challenged is moral purgatory.

Your education suggestion is simply ridiculous. Again, why reinvent the wheel when there are at least three that are perfect. Finland, Denmark and Sweden are crushing the six day 10 hour day Asians with four day week. Why don’t you research and find out how?

What are you talking about the Social Security earnings test? It should never be taxed and again, the best practice policy is exactly what I mentioned. Remove the taxation rate on FICA cap. Every dollar no matter how many billions are taxed and implement that same At the same level for receipt of Social Security money.

The best tax bracket and policy was obviously Dwight D Eisenhower’s. It wasn’t the post world war two boom of Truman. It was the most robust economy in history, anywhere, at any place in any time for a reason. The incentive position for reinvestment is the only reason.

With my aforementioned, correct best policy practice concerning Social Security, it need to never be taxed. That is an anathema.

Are you seriously calling for a higher defense budget? Oh my God I’m not sure which is higher here. The level of the Penny or Jack assery.

1/3 of the military budget spent on diplomacy has a possibility of ending war forever. I’m pretty sure we should try it sometime. Maybe even put forth an effort to get good at it. Essentially, you are advocating the expansion of the war profiteering complex. That is the refuge on loser liars, and douche canoes.

By and large, the foreign-born population contributes between five and 30 times more than they ever receive room in essence, subsidizing red states. Just stop.
