Love the pod. One question; at about 33min you calculate the yearly "prospective" inflation rate to be 4.9% and the "retrospective rate" as 3.5. Can't you or someone detail how you decide this. Are you just taking the current month and assuming that subsequent months will be same or similar?
Hi Ken, Yes, I'm just extrapolating based on the latest month's rate. We're at 3.7 percent based on April's rate. best, Larry
