Everyone is absolutely entitled to their opinion but I disagree. The West through greed and poor judgement has now brought China and Russia closer together than ever before. Both nation's leaders have shown they have greater resolve than the West's to emerge from this conflict holding the longer stick. NATO's quest for expansion was the genesis of this problem and their absolute absence of prudent statemanship may very well lead to a conflict we in the West are now ill prepared to successfully fight. Hopefully China acts as peacemaker but the outcome will likely be a castrated NATO which was Putin's objective from the outset.
