Originalism is not in the Constitution. Hence, it can't be used in making Constitutional decisions.

Psychopaths by there very nature are often not externally different than regular folks, until they are. How bought no military style weapons, ammunition, incredibly high insurance, biometric locks. Etc etc

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." So why is it that the so-called textualists and originalists, ignore the first 2 clauses? If the founders thought the right to bear arms was unlimited, why did they start with the clauses? Should we also ignore Supreme court sentences that have commas and only focus on the last clause of their sentences?
