So why is it that the so-called textualists and originalists, ignore the first 2 clauses? If the founders thought the right to bear arms was unlimited, why did they start with the clauses? Should we also ignore Supreme court sentences that have commas and only focus on the last clause of their sentences?
Originalism is not in the Constitution. Hence, it can't be used in making Constitutional decisions.
