Enjoyed today's podcast. I liked the Uri Dabush closing comment that we need a statesman to "look at the big picture." Unfortunately, they are hard to find. Baby boomers, (I am a baby boomer) are all experts. Boomers have their CNN, FOX, Newsmax, MSNBC, talk radio, to give them them their opinion. My parents would argue with their friends, but they would listen to both sides of the story. Based on the facts, make their decision There were no hard feelings if you did not agree with someone.
Conclusion: If we had more newscasters rather than opinioncasters telliing what they think rather than providing the facts, we would have more dialogue (statesmanship) and less hard feelings.
